1. Disable ULPS using Registry Editor (Regedit)

  1. Press Windows+R, then type regedit. Press enter
  2. Navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video
  3. Press Ctrl+F, then type EnableUlps. Press enter
  4. Double-click EnableUlps and change the value data to 0 (from 1)
  5. Restart PC
