How to Turn Off or On Facebook Page Review

1. On Computer (Facebook Web)

  1. Switch account to your Facebook page.
  2. Click on your page profile picture at the top right to open Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
  3. You will see a Search bar or box, to search for settings. Type in 'review'.
  4. A list of settings related to 'review' will appear. Look for "Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page?".
  5. Search and click to toggle 'Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page?' on or off.

2. On Mobile App (android)

The steps are almost similar,

  1. Switch account to Facebook page.
  2. Tap on you profile picture at the top right to open menu.
  3. Tap on the gear icon to open Settings & Privacy.
  4. In the search box, type in 'review'.
  5. Again, search for "Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page?".
  6. Toggle the setting off or on.
